Hi Camille,
It's a little late commenting here on your comment. I agree that many women have not known their worth. I think deep down, in spite of my accomplishments, I had been one of them at one time. Thank you for your feedback!

I don't know about 'forgetting' their worth, rather, I think that many women have never even 'known' their worth. I probably needn't say that although this past 20-30 years have brightened the outlook for the future of women, there is still many places in the world that women are born into servitude and servitude alone. I won't even mention the beyond poor conditions of a women's chances of survival in a Middle Eastern marriage to a jealous husband, or the near starved life of many modern North American women who can't see themselves in the mirror without cringing in comparison to the multitude of magazine images they try to live up to, or the fact that if they are smart, talented, witty and bright, they are a threat to many men who are conditioned to be threatened by them and often live lives more solitary than they would like and have to fight to find their worth in a world that doesn't support the vulnerability and personal growth that would end the estrangement of its men as well as its women. But having said all that, there are promising finds occasionally that suggest that 'worth' can move from being merely subjective to more collective.

Good idea Kwiz, to present an issue and ask questions. Promotes positive thinking! Thank you!

Sincerely,
Camille
