Hi Rachel,
I think it is sometimes difficult to find peace – especially when you’ve got children around. But I think it’s necessary to force it upon yourself. Sometimes that means taking every available opportunity, even if it’s in the car by yourself, to take a minute to try to get that peace. I know I begin to lose it when I don’t have it.
